I met Chelsea a couple of years before we decided to sell our house. At our very first meeting, I had a good vibe from her. We were a few days before we would get our keys and went back for a final home inspection. Aspects of the cleaning and work to remove the termites were not completed satisfactorily, and Colin was able to negotiate with the seller to make things right, so that we could close timely and get our keys.
